Beware of Flipkart, they sent me adulterated/tempered products

Prime Muscle Creatine has it's barcode authentication missing. Check this https://rukminim1.flixcart.com/blob...mr_c0eebf7598a44df2a89f7e47060e197f.jpeg?q=90 I don't have the yellow barcode. The label is pasted crooked and the hologram can me taken off and restuck easily.

G-Glowsik carnitine should be obvious. The lid was half open; I just had to lift it without turning and it opened. The label is all messed up and looks 2-3 years old.

Flipkart doesn't let me put a review. Clicking on review tells me "You haven't bought it". They stuffed up my email in account. They have a pre existing email registered and if I change after filling two OTP's it gives error. Flipkart doesn't have a complaint email. They have an AI chatbot, which doesn't direct me to human.
 
@jenfer We did warn you about Flipkart brother. It's the worst even for normal purchases, let alone supplements.

You should be able to get to their customer care by calling their toll free number.
 
@te15 Yeah, I had already bought by the time. Them kunts have no refund policy on some products. I have cancelled 3 items already.

Back in the days, when Amazon was not in India, I used to buy from flipkart and the quality was good. Seems like they've gone down in quality nowadays.

Won't buy again from Flipkart for sure.
 
@jenfer Flipkart is worst.

No one should buy anything from Flipkart.

They say whatever you buy it’s between buyer and seller, they do not have any responsibility.
 
@qdt So they are like Indiamart... I didn't know they have become like this. I used to buy stuff from flipkart around 2017 and they were the best.
 
@jenfer Don’t buy anything, people buy things then they realise there products are fake, ruined or they get something else.

Many try to file complaints and take legal actions but they realise it’s waste of money against such company.

If you have a influencer friend they can tweet about it, you concern can get some attention. But it’s of no use.
 
@589 Amazon is much more better.

Even if the items are not returnable, you talk to customer care and they will resolve your issues.

Once I ordered some Ayurvedic tonics, they suppose to deliver two bottles but delivered only one. I logged na complain and they refunded my money.
 
@jenfer Kitni baar bol chuke hein sab ki Flipkart scam hai mat mangwaya karo Flipkart se kuch bhi, Lekin nahi mat suno ab bhugto. Return karne ka try kar Customer Care me call laga ya toh Consumer Court me daal de.
 
@jenfer Why don’t people buy supplements from the website of the product ? And flipkart? Seriously ? No one should purchase any type of products from flipkart it is shitcart
 
@tadhg haha yeah, I have heard of that story. Tbh, I have order random stuff every now and then from flipkart and never had this much quality issue. With Amazon, it's always been top quality.
 
@francesca92 Flipkart sucks but so does healthkart. They take back supplements from people without a reason and that allows for tampering of the product. I received tampered with products refilled with something else and they wouldn’t take it back from me or refund me since ‘it looked used’.

I hadn’t even opened the pack.
