I've just finished Dry Fighting Weight, so I'd like to take a short break from pressing and squatting.
Would it be too ambitious to run SW+TGU three times a week, and C&J twice a week on the off days? I was thinking maybe 10 sets of 3 reps with double 24s.
I'm 35/M and I've been lifting kettlebells for six months now. I'm new to the C&J, but I've been practicing it over the last two weeks. I don't intend to ever compete in sport, so I'm not looking for perfect form either.
I know S&S workouts are supposed to be easy to recover from, but I'm worried that the C&J might be just too much when coupled with heavy TGUs.
