I am a 24 years old guy, my weight is 58.3 kg/128.53 pounds, my height is 168 cm/5 ft - 6 in.

So, I want to lose some weight, when I use the HB equation my result is 1541.74 kcal for BMR. After that I need to multiply by physical activity factor but thats when it gets tricky to me, I dont want to overstimate my activity.

I walk for 2 hours every day at a normal walking speed.

That said, here are the physical activity factor categories I found:
  1. If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
  2. If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
  3. If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
  4. If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
  5. If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9
My question is, in wich category would you say I am?

Thanks for taking time to read this!
