I wouldn't worry about these two supplements breaking your fast.
While there's arguably some merit for IF from a general health perspective, I don't think there's much evidence that fasting does anything special from a fat loss standpoint (I'm guessing you're fasting as a means of weight loss/diet control?). Other than limiting the number of meals you eat per day.
And I don't know of much evidence that either one does anything for you (except feeling like needles in your face).
@eleventhhourworker6 Thanks, I have them individualized. So I’m combining both powders. Just wondering if it’s ok to break my fast that way. I workout at 4:30 am.
