Happy Monday, everyone! How ya feelin'? We ready for a new week of getting our abs on?

Day 12: Scissors

Day 13: Butterfly sit-ups

Day 14: Hip Twists

Day 15: Star Abs

Day 16: Eagle Abs

Day 17: Boat Crunches

Day 18: Side Plank Rotations

I don't think that I see a difference, or really even feel a difference yet, but I did 100 situps last week for the first time since I got out of the Navy, uh, 15 years ago (eek!) so I guess something's happening! Any one seen any awesome changes?
 
@sunflower100 Just finished day 3 because life and since I haven’t trained abs in a few months I’m really feeling it!! I love training abs so I’m v happy to get back into it and I love how it’s a good way to get in a little extra movement even on days when I don’t have a dedicated workout planned.
 
@sunflower100 The top of my obliques are showing more--the dents right beneath my ribs are a little deeper when I flex. Otherwise it mostly just feels like the workouts are a little easier to get done every day.
