DeShun Wang/LeanGains follow up

If you didn't see my other post, I find DeShun Wang motivating!

I'm 58 and I've been without an ACL in my right knee for 35 years, so it's a bit tricky... I also have something wrong with my right shoulder that is most often annoyed/injured by movements like military press.

As you can imagine, I have quite a bit of strength imbalance from one side to the other, so I'll be addressing that via dumbbells and/or isolateral training.

Here's the preliminary workout I've designed (based on /@thomausy'):

Monday Back Day
  • Barbell Deadlift 300 sec 5 2
  • Dumbbell Seated Shoulder Press 300 sec 8 2
  • Chin Up 300 sec 6 2
  • Seated Machine Row 300 sec 8 2
  • Close Grip Chin Up 300 sec 8 1
Wednesday Chest Day
  • Dumbbell Bench Press 300 sec 8 2
  • Dumbbell Incline Bench Press 300 sec 8 2
  • Dumbbell Bicep Curl 300 sec 8 2
  • Dumbbell Incline Triceps Extension 300 sec 8 2
Friday Leg Day
  • Isolateral Leg Press Machine 300 sec 8 2
  • Isolateral Lying Leg Curls 300 sec 8 2
  • Isolateral Leg Extensions 300 sec 8 2
  • Seated Calf Raise 300 sec 16 2
How does this look? I've tried to design the program around my compromised joints as much as I know how. For example, I plan to do the bench press on the floor to protect my shoulder.

Edit: Thanks to /@edwardfranky78 for pointing me at /r/leangains!
