Doing my own things for a month- thoughts?

I spent the last couple months doing the Giant, and before that, a few rounds of DFW.

My first workout after testing my new 10RM for double c&p, I decided to just do swings and push-ups. Man, push-ups had me sore for days.

My next workout I decided to start practicing the snatch as I’d never tried it. Single arm half snatches with a 16kg bell. I really enjoyed it and want to keep practicing.

For a month I’m thinking of doing my own thing and was curious if there’s anything I’m really missing.

Monday: Swings, Push-ups, Rows (thinking of doing this AMRAP style)

Tuesday: Snatch Practice

Thursday: ABC with my new 10RM max for c&p

Friday: Snatch Practice
 
@paul1771 Nice! I started doing something similar.

MWF alternating ABC/humane burpee
Tues/Thursday snatches or body weight workout (dips, rows, pull-up pushup)
