Hi i have been hitting gym from past 3 months. I noticed a decrease in my weight in the first month. But gradually it stopped. I don't know what different to do to reduce more weight. Also I am a 62 kgs(23 F) how much amount of protein should I take everyday also sources of protein ( non veg)

As you lose weight, your TDEE will inevitably go down – less mass requires fewer calories to fuel. This means that your starting calorie goal will eventually no longer cause weight loss, and you will need to adjust it down.

If you’re lifting and aiming to gain (or keep) as much lean mass as possible, 1.6-2.2g of protein per kilogram of body mass works pretty well in most contexts. If you’re on the higher end of the body-fat spectrum, you may aim for the lower boundary of this range. If you’re very lean and trying to get even leaner, you might aim for the higher boundary (or even a bit higher than 2.2g/kg). If you don’t lift regularly, then a lower range of 1.2-1.8g/kg is probably sufficient.

@tyler82 I eat beef and/or pork every day and I hit my protein goals without powders. It's easier on your stomach to get your protein from food instead of shakes or bars and you won't get the same kind of digestive upset.

Don't underestimate the power of eggs, cheese (if you tolerate it), and liver. Liver isn't something you want to eat every day due to the high amount of vitamin A, but it's a freaking fantastic pick me up if you're feeling fatigued.
