Did a(n internal, low-key) comp today. It was an absolute grind:

EVENT 1

In 15 minutes

Establish your heaviest complex of:

1 Deadlift + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Shoulder to Overhead

EVENT 2

6-minutes

25 KB Deadlift

25 RKBS

15 Burpee Box Jumps

AMRAP Handstand Walk 2m/Wall Walk/Box Pike Walk in remaining time.

Rest 2 minutes

5-minutes

30 KB Goblet Reverse Lunges

10 Burpee Box Jumps

AMRAP Pull Ups/Toes-to-Bar/Hanging Knee Raises in remaining time.

Rest 90 seconds

4-minutes

20 Single Arm KB Hang to Overhead

5 Burpee Box Jumps

AMRAP Pistols/Foot Elevated Pistols/Ring Assisted Pistols in remaining time.

EVENT 3

In 20 minutes

50-40-30-20-10 Wall Balls

10-20-30-40-50 Calorie Row (men) or 8-15-23-30-38 Calorie Bike (men)

8-15-23-30-38 Calorie Row (women) or 6-12-18-23-29 Calorie Bike (women)

I came 6th out of the pool of ~12 men, which was decent given the freakbeasts on the podium and that I've been doing CrossFit for only 10 months. Everything hurts (a lot ) and I'm sure the next two days will be worse, but I enjoyed it!

Honestly, I never thought I would spend 4 hours of my Saturday putting myself through this. CrossFit has been pretty transformative, though not injury-free. Pretty pleased to have put in the work to get to this stage, and I can't wait for the next one.
