Fitness on a Boat

Hey team, I’ve recently started working for a cruise line and while it’s a pretty sweet time, I don’t have access to the HIIT classes that I used to do. I do have access to an almost full gym but I don’t really know what to do with it, so I’m just wondering what exercises y’all would recommend starting with and how to structure my workouts that would best help me lose some extra weight and stay fit?
