@skywalker It would be weird to not include any type of gymnastics skills like that if we are supposed to follow a typical Mat day. I think it was good that they showed that there’s a mix of skill, strength, and engine.
@eeyore5 My box just had its affiliation canceled by CrossFit HQ after the owner pushed about sex offender screening for certified trainers. Allegedly there has been some issues discovered. Is anyone else aware of this? Why would CrossFit HQ fight this? Eddy @crossfit.beehive
@bourge Why should HQ be doing background checks for you? You’re the business owner? They can’t process every person who wants an L1. That would be a mountain of paperwork and time. You do your due diligence as the biz owner, NOT CFHQ.
