Hi folks,
I am just curious if my full body routine is any good or if I am missing some major exercises. I am planning on hitting the gym every other day, so 3 times a week, 45-60 mins, with a full body routine. Keeping things interesting I have 3 workout routines that I am cycling through. I'd say I have at least some experience in the gym, so no total beginner, altough I might look like one.
