H+M CrossFit Apparel

My wife came back from a trip to H+M with a tank top with something like "AUTHENTIC APPAREL - BEST CROSSFIT BOX CHAMPION" on it. Cheesy as F, but /s as she stopped doing CF a while ago, but I digress...

Do they have an agreement to use the name? Hard to imagine a big chain like H+M just ripping the brand.

@antonio99 With the way Reebok holds the brand hostage, I would be shocked if this were legal use. I think it was someone in H/M design apartment making a huge mistake.

@antonio99 I'm pretty sure that H&M is sued somewhat regularly for ripping off art from Etsy and various other places around the internet. Illegally using "CrossFit" wouldn't surprise me. The shirts will all be sold and replaced with something else so fast that I think HQ wouldn't have time to really organize a cease & desist.

@antonio99 They don't to my knowledge, but it would be hard to say. I feel like a partnership like that is something that HQ would milk though.

I'm going to say likely not, and that people from HQ will be talking to H&M at some point
