I am 8 months post partum and I feel physically and emotionally ready to get back to my old body. I have gone up 2 dress sizes and I’ve never felt worse about myself.
I’m now a UK size 16 where I was a 12 before. I had a emergency c-section which has left me with a horrible overhanging belly which I’ve never had before. I honestly don’t know where to start.
I’m super unfit now I haven’t worked out in nearly 2 years. I feel I need to start at the beginning.
I’m going to start with cardio but I know that isn’t all I need to do to shift this weight and belly
Any tips? Pleaseeeee
