Help making a workout routine? M 28

Hey all!

Just wondering if anyone can provide some guidance. I've just moved back home following a break up (rough) but on the bright side, I've come back to a fairly equipped gym and am hoping to get into the best shape I've ever been in. I have about 1-2 hours free to work out daily, and tend to enjoy doing at least 30-45 mins of cardio every 1-2 days.

My goal is essentially this. Currently my body type is this A, B, C, D. About 5'9" and 160lbs give or take.

I have this equipment available to me A, B, C, D, E, F.

Generally think an upper/lower split works well for me, but am not really sure where to start regarding the equipment I have! If anyone has any advice, I would love to hear it.
