How’s my routine?

I’m (soon15) female and Ive been training for just over a yea, I wanna build bigger arms and legs but I have zero equipment so far I’ve seen little to no progress in building my quads and arms I know cardio isn’t the way to build muscles but I just cant afford weights or a gym membership atm.

here’s my current routine, I train 6 days a week and I rest of Saturdays, ccan someone give thoughts so suggest how I can change up my routine to see better results?

(monday)

regular squats for 17.5 minutes followed by pulse squats 2.5 minutes

inclined push up x 260

jumping lunges x 102

inclined push up x 260

wall sit 3.5 minutes

inclined push up x 260

Jumping jacks x 2400

inclined push up x 150, 10 sec break, inclined push up x 150

jumping lunges X102, 5 sec break, jumping lunges x 152

(Tuesday-Sunday except Saturday)

Jumping jacks x 2400 (~0.5 sec per jumping jack)

inclined push up x 260

jumping lunges X102, 5 sec break, jumping lunges x 152

inclined push up x 260

(5 min break)

inclined push up x 260

(8 min break)

‘inclined push up x 150, 10 sec break, inclined push up x 150
