So, i have heard that a moderately fit man can do between 600 and 1000 pushups in an hour.
So, since I haven’t worked out in a while, and i have gained a few kg’s of fat, while probably losing a couple of muscle, i decided to try it out.
Unfortunately i only managed to get to 400, while cheating on the last hundred or so. Am i out of shape or is the average wrong?
t.l.d.r: I wanna know if i set to high a goal for my return to “fitness”
