A alwayssaved New member Jun 12, 2024 #1 So i changed my workout schedule about 2 weeks ago from 7 to 6 days a week only 4 days a week and i dont feel like im doing enough now should i go back to 6 or 7 days a week or stick with 4 days a week

E ellie1998 New member Jun 13, 2024 #3 @alwayssaved Use rest days for a long walk if you feel like you should move. Also do some Yoga/stretching sessions. That's enough. Take a rest
