[M24] Hi! I've been working out for around 6 months na but I'm still benchpressing 60 lbs (4 sets, 12, 10, 8, 8). Once na magdagdag ako ng weight, di man lang umaabot ng 6 reps and my form is inconsistent na.
My worry din kasi ako na baka magkainjury sa shoulder or mahulugan ng barbell sa mukha kaya rule ko sa sarili ko na mag chest day pag may tao sa gym, kapag walang ibang tao di mag chechest day, kasi ️ S A F E T Y F I R S T ️. I'm not sure if this is the reason that's holding me back to benchpress heavier or I'm just weak?
I'm not planning to get a fitness coach/trainer cos walang budget 👁👁
Any tips on how to benchpress (flat/inclined) heavier and become a stronger person physically and mentally wow haha thanks.
