So lately i started thinking about starting to workout seriously and have my routine which is alright for me but probably bad in efficiency so I'd like to ask how to improve it/change it (i don't have a gym to go to/no equipment working out at home) 13y.o. so please keep that in mind while responding
My routine:
100 pushups,squats,sit ups,50 the next day and 100 again the next day and so on
Also have a dumbell (2.5 kg so u can try to make something with that i only lift it 100 times on each hand but idk how it's done properly) don't know if I'm doing it properly I'm doing it a way that my school count's as okay so idk if it's right. I thought about adding 1 minute plank and half of that on the next day in the same pattern as everything else
So any advices for me?
