@colinpf Possible. Depends on a lot of factors... The secret is there are no calories in fiber or water, so eating 5+ fruits and vegetables every day will have a big impact
 
@colinpf Break it down: that's approx 2 pounds per week.

It takes a 3500 calorie deficit to lose 1 pound. If you want to lose 2 pounds, it's a 7000 calorie deficit.

7000 calorie deficit would be approx 1000 calorie deficit per day.

I try to break that up as 500 calorie deficit from food (eat 500 fewer calories than you'd normally eat, each day) and 500 extra calories from exercise.

I find that I really can't cut more than 500 calories per day for a long period of time (a few days is ok, but more than that I start craving or losing energy). I also don't exercise more than 500 calories worth each day.
