My primary goal is to build strength and some muscle mass and let me know if this full body workout routine good or not.
Saturday:
Squats: 3 sets x 8-12 reps
Bench Press: 3 sets x 8-12 reps
Bent-over Rows: 3 sets x 8-12 reps
Farmer Walks: 3 sets x 30-50 meters
Monday:
Deadlifts: 3 sets x 8-12 reps
Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 3 sets x 8-12 reps
Pull-ups (or lat pulldowns): 3 sets x 8-12 reps
Farmer Walks: 3 sets x 30-50 meters
Wednesday:
Lunges: 3 sets x 8-12 reps per leg
Dumbbell Bench Press: 3 sets x 8-12 reps
Dumbbell Bicep Curls: 3 sets x 8-12 reps
Tricep Dips (or tricep extensions): 3 sets x 8-12 reps
