Macros help

Would like some help in macros. I’m super confused.

As a woman we often under eat. However, I’m trying to gain muscle and lose fat.

My current macros are 145 p 69 f 140 c ~1760 calories

I had to stop CrossFit due to an injury. But I’m walking daily 45 min and doing functional split training 5x a week

I’m gaining weight? Not inches, but I’m just kind of stumped. I’m not losing inches though. So if anyone is a macro expert, I’m all ears!

I’m 5’6 F 165lbs which is the most I’ve ever weighed
 
@almorra This might be a post for r/nutrition! I’m a woman and have recomped while doing CrossFit. I’ve got a couple follow ups:

-How long have you been tracking?

-Do you weigh everything you eat?

-How much have you gained?

-How often do you weigh yourself?

If you are trying to gain muscle while losing fat you should be at maintenance calories, so the scale will not move much. Recomp is a really slow process- months and months, not days or weeks! Be patient :)
 
@almorra Too many unknowns. Body composition. Training volume. Sleep. How long have you been tracking? Almost impossible to gain muscle and lose fat. They are too imposing forces working towards opposite goals. It can happen but not likely. You can expect to put on some fat while you gain muscle. And you can expect to lose some muscle when you lose fat.
 
@almorra Just decrease your calorie intake by 200 pee day if your goal is losing weight. If you aren't losing weight after 1 month, decrease by another 100.
