My apartments ha e a gym with limited equipment. Is there a good workout routine I can use with them?

I want to lose weight, feel less pain and look/be muscled . My apartment complex has a small gym. It has treadmills, ellipticals, some dumbells and all this.
Is there a good workout routine I can do that will accomplish all this and not neglect anything? Or should I just join a gym?
 
@christianloyalty Great setup to be honest. Spartanly simple but can do most everything with it. Squats, shoulders, pull ups, push ups with straps and ground. Curls. Triceps not so much but can. It’s basic no doubt. I would join a gym if you have the money. But it shouldn’t be an excuse NOT to work out.
