Hey guys, just put together a workout program and dieting plan in a google worksheet. Was hoping to get some feedback on it. Please let me know what you think and if you like it feel free to copy it and input your own numbers!
Note: I do not have a cutting diet plan yet but will eventually add that as well and my maxes are just random estimates.
