I started taking Creatine 2x2.5 g daily this week.
However, after I take it I feel nauseous and have stomach pain.
I‘ve read that if I’ll take more than 10 g per day I’ll feel the side effects, but I have side effects from only 2.5 g.
If it’s worth mentioning, I take micronised Creatine Monohydrate mixed with Whey, both unflavoured.
Did anyone had the same side effects from such low doses?
