Need advice on pull day workout plan

I just found exercises from workouts for the pull day and i know this is a bit too much but i dont know wich ones shoud i remove or replace with better exercises. I Would be very grateful for the help and myb you can share ur pull day

Treadmill:

1 set

Pull Up:

3 sets x 10 reps

Rest: 1 minute

Bent Over Row (Barbell):

3 sets x 8 reps

Rest: 1 minute

Lat Pulldown (Cable):

2 sets x 10 reps

Rest: 1 minute

Note: Adjust the weight as needed for proper intensity.

T Bar Row:

3 sets x 10 reps

Note: Ensure a big stretch.

Pullover (Dumbbell):

2 sets x 10 reps

Seated Cable Row - Bar Grip:

3 sets x 10 reps

Face Pull:

3 sets x 10 reps

Shrug (Dumbbell):

3 sets x 12 reps

Seated Incline Curl (Dumbbell):

3 sets x 10 reps

Preacher Curl (Dumbbell):

3 sets x 10 reps
 
@omcfarla21 Go search for Jeff Nippard "best back workouts" on YouTube. He just did a video speaking to this and I think it will provide a lot of insights for you.

And yes, this is a TON of volume for just one day :)

I'd personally like to see you do this spread across two different days. Example: Monday & Thursday.
