Just back into working out after a couple years off.I have a set of resistance bands that vary from 1kg - 25kg with some handles and a bar, an adjustable dumbbell set up to 25kgs and a flat/incline bench.
I have made this "Superset" kind of workout plan.Mainly wondering if there is too much volume here. Should I cut some movements? Do I need a complete overhaul?
A gym is being built in my area but probably won't be opening for 6 months so for the time being, my current set up will have to do.
