Need help making a routine

I’m 46 now, and about 260 lb. It’s been near a decade since I worked out regularly. We recently joined Gold’s, so I have access to a good selection of equipment. What I need help with though is creating a 5 day routine that can be done in about an hour a day. Goal wise, I know I need to lose some weight, and I’d like to gain some strength and create some definition and some bulk. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
