@jaery56 Second the dairy comment.

It sounds like you have allergies or a sinus infection. I suffer from those and have similar symptoms when I do experience these ailments. I would go see the doctor, see if they can check your lungs or the mucus in your throat. GL!
 
@y6a3h9o7o The no dairy would be most relevant to me! I almost don’t have any milk or milk based products! This evening had a few toblerone pieces and that’s when the throat started hurting again! And I’ve noticed sneezing , runny nose etc when I consume dairy by mistake😬
 
@jaery56 I would suggest skipping the gym for a while and possibly hitting the sauna/steam room. It's an okay substitute to keep the sweat up and out the germs. But you definitely need recovery time and to keep out of the gym for a while. I know it's rough, I had to do it for a while when I had a really bad cough, but it actually was a blessing in disguise. It motivated me to start my video blog since I had put on a few lbs, lost some muscle mass and needed to get back in the gym!
