Routine to Cut Properly

I partially tore my PCL and sprained my ACL almost 6 months ago. Starting next week I might be ready to add cardio back to my routine.

Prior to my injury, I biked to work daily and ran around 5 miles a day 5 days a week. On top of that, I was lifting 5 days a week. At 5’7 I was 170. I’m “big boned,” but I was pretty skinny.

Since then, I’ve been working out my upper body intensely almost every day and have gained a lot of muscle mass (as well as weight in general). I’ve been eating at a surplus and eating a lot of food to bulk up. I’m currently at 200.

What is a good way to cut so I can turn this bulk until being ripped?
