Saturday Circuit Workout

Looking to add onto my regime to help me get to that next level.

Currently do a 12 week cycle: First 6 weeks of 3x full body, with HIIT in between, Last 6 weeks of 2x leg days, 2x Push/Pull, with 1 HIIT in between the two.

Been doing this since July 2021, down from 380 to 210. Been noticing a slight plateau the past 4 weeks. Wouldn’t mind adding a core/circuit workout to do on my one rest day just to help burn some more belly fat.
