@creativechris Very leg/core focused HIIT. If that's what you need, do it 😁 I usually add much more of upper-body exercises into mine workouts like this...Also doing this almost without breaks requires pretty decent cardiovascular training level, that's too hard for beginners, but seems ok for intermediate athlets.
