As title states,
I’m in the gym 5 days a week. Have seen sizeable muscle gains so I’m confident that what I’m doing, is working
I have seen the most obvious improvements in everyhing from my bellybutton and up (chest, arms, shoulders, back, etc)
While I have significant strength gains in my abs as well, I still have flub and extra fat around my gut and hips. What gives???
I do cardio as well, usually do 12-3-30 but sometimes run as I train for local half marathons, etc.
So is diet my issue maybe? I am trying to bulk, I eat a great amount of carbs (2 cups of cooked rice a day, potatoes with dinner, lots of popcorn, a bagel everyday, plus who knows whatever snacks). Like I said… I am trying to put on muscle but I’m quite lean everywhere but the stomach region.
Any tips or advice??
I am 27, 6’2 and 194 pounds.
