Thoughts on Mass Gainers?

Hey, y’all! Glad I found this subreddit :<

Am new to the whole Fitness scene tbh, but I figured it’s high time to work on my body and finally be at peace with it.

Anyway, was wondering if any of u folks have tried any Mass Gainers to bulk up/gain weight — especially if you’ve been naturally/historically skinny or have been dubbed as having “the body of a 12 year old boy.”

Would you recommend Mass Gainers like Serious Mass Gainer?
How long did it take you to see results, if you’ve ever taken it?
Or do you have alternatives?

@christiangirl94 tbh i just like to do it myself by making a super high cal smoothie at the end of the day. not a fan of all the preservatives in mass gainers and i prefer to use clean ingredients (oats, greek yogurt, pb, vegan protein powder etc)
