So my workout routine for the passed few months has been strength training and then liss afterwards.
My workout split right now I s:
Day 1: Chest, Tris + LISS (30 Mins treadmill 10 incline, 2.5 mph speed)
Day 2: Back, Shoulders + LISS
Day 3: Legs, Biceps/Forearms + LISS
I am thinking of incorporating skipping into this routine, after every workout, but before LISS. 15 minutes of skipping at 100 skips/ minute. I feel like this will help me cut. I am trying to burn fat while retaining muscle.
Right now I am 270 LBS, 6’ 0”. 24M
