Trying to get back on to a good weight. Need Advice

23yr male 6ft weigh about 230. Looking to get down to about 200. Me and my s/o walk a mile everyday after work but I feel like my eating habit cancel out the exercise that I do. I hardly ever drink sodas or sugary drinks in general. I recently just did a two day juice cleanse to start my system over and get on the right track. So any advice is greatly appreciated.
