What did you do to lose weight?

@bunnylightheart Fasting every day ( except some weekends) from 9p-11am
Found a combo of food that works for me and eliminated my sensitivity foods (but allow for treat meals and snacks)
Walking, and making my coffee at home. This is the slow way, I don’t count calories, just track exercise and try to eat in a balanced way.
 
@bunnylightheart Take pictures!! They were where i saw the most results. And for the first 8 weeks i was that way too! After that i did begin to see results. I eat about the same calories, weight train 4-5 times a week and eat about 115g protein.
