Workout schedule and calories

Hello!
I've been doing chloe ting's workouts, first the two-week shred and now I finished the hourglass challege. I'm not exactly planning on losing weight, I just wanted to recomp, and I do feel like I've gained muscle (my weight is more or less the same, even a little lower, but we'll get to that)

Now I want to, instead of doing another challenge, create some sort of weekly routine from her workouts.

This is my idea:

Sunday:
and then
(30 mins)

Monday:
and
(20 mins)

Tuesday: Rest day

Wednesday:
and https://youtu.be/JEEG0hBNk3E (25 mins)

Thursday: https://youtu.be/cIuiQyfKBTg and https://youtu.be/7EHGO-alrwI (25 mins)

Friday: https://youtu.be/7L-Td_p0bXE and https://youtu.be/PrRResjXk6Q (23 mins)

Saturday: Rest day

I will also do her warm up and cooldown on the workout days.

Her workouts have made me feel stronger, but I've been wondering if I've been eating too little. My(18F) height is 157 cm and I weigh 55 kgs (+-). My objective is to maintain my weight but gain muscle definition. On cronometer, I set my activity level as lightly active (1760 kcals), because I felt like I'd be eating too much if I selected moderately active because "i'm not THAT active". I've been losing a little weight though, it fluctuates sometimes to 54 and then back to 55, and these last few days my muscles hurt (obviously from the workouts) but it's taking longer to recover, which is why I think that maybe I've been eating too little, and that's why I don't see a lot of progress. That could also be because the fat is getting in the way though.

Basically, I want advice from people who do these types of workout and have recomped like I'm trying!

Edit- PS: on my latest nutritionist visit, I used some sort of machine that estimated my body fat percentage to be 29,6%.

@tzipora If you feel like you’re eating too little, you probably are. Listen to your body and remember that no calculator or machine knows your body better than you.

@dianah123 Thanks! I'll try to see what happens when I add 100 calories. Listening to my body made me overweight for most of my life, but maybe my intuition has gotten better this last year I've maintained a bmi of 22.
