Workout Splits

Just curious to see what kind of splits people are running. For the last 17 years I’ve been using the same split (Football workout) and noticed I never really lose or gain weight and don’t show muscle just get stronger. Some of the guys in the gym are saying it’s due to my split.

Here’s what I do:

Simple upper/ lower body split
And every day
Cardio 3 days a week for an hour
Wednesday is strictly cardio and abs
Saturday/Sunday off
Upper body Monday/Thursday
Lower body Tuesday/Friday
