Skinny arms and legs and no packs. 10 or 15 minutes workout a day at home, at least 4 days in a week. Yet no progress with my limbs. My training are basically basic exercises from YouTube. Squats, Pushups, Knee-Pushups, Lunges, Planks etc etc. and yet I got nothing. If anyone has a suggestion plz lmk. I’m not really a sport player but I would at least like some muscles and strong stamina. Plz and thank u
