    @lettuce Yeah I guess that just comes down to individual taste preferences, I find diet drinks absolutely fine, but I’ve also been drinking them for a very long time and have no desire to drink regular ones

    @notaperfectchristian Yeah totally agree! Like everything, sugar in moderation is fine. But things like full sugar sodas/drinks I just can’t justify personally, why drink 30g of pure sugar when you can have the same drink with 0g! I just think of my teeth and that instant blood sugar spike lol

    @mrmajesty This is what I need to keep reminding myself!! Eating a sensible/higher amount daily always results in a more stable/lower weight than when I’m trying to restrict, because I aaalways end up binging more. It is so so tempting to try and restrict more to lose faster, but it never works...
