    @jely Maybe. I'm 6'2" and north of 250. If I ate 3400 calories a day, I'd gain weight rapidly. I do 1 hour HIIT classes 5x/week.

    @sharkbait13 I think you're way high on your guess for maintenance calories. BMR for a 6'2" and 225# 40 year old is 2000 calories a day.

    @goodbookguy I have a simple ethos when it comes to working out. If it hurts, stop doing it.

    @nasa321 You need to track what you eat, and I mean everything you eat. You need to eat more protein. Talk to a nutritionist and put together a plan to lose weight and gain muscle.
