    @firmamentalist This is it right here. I will also add some days my only goal is to show up to a workout. Even if I end early or only put in 2 sets instead of 3. I’m proud of showing up for myself even when it’s not the best work out.

    @saer1212 Yea I guess I just use photos to assess how lean i am. Only in a competition with myself. Funny thing is that i thought I didn’t have much change since may and I actually put on some weight since August but the comparison photos tell a different story

    @sister_diane Ha hell yea man! As I get older my main priority is no injuries, at any cost. Sometimes it means calling it a quarter of the way through. It happens. Getting sidelined by an injury is the worst!

    @mephistophelesbent I'd also say, reminder yourself why you're getting started. Is it simply to change your body or is there something more. Attach it to your life, some part of your value system. Are you doing it for yourself, your future self, your loved ones, is there an activity you want...

    @halogirl5 i always prfioritize based on my goals and put them first. currently it’s core first, rr supersets, then finish with whatever muscle group in targeting (bicep, legs, delts). gl!

    @legatichristi I agree. I'd also say my mantra has been good is good enough. Put in the work and don't stress too much. You'll get there.
