    @kripnal It’s hard to think of eating more to lose weight but sometimes that’s how it works. You need the additional calories to fuel your work outs and to build muscle. Body recomposition takes a long time- 1 to 3 years. 6 weeks is not enough time to make huge changes unfortunately.

    @cmdaniels1986 Have you ever consulted with a nutritionist? High protein with low fiber feels it would not be good for the body. With that level of activity and calorie intake (even on the higher end) you should be able to “in theory” lose weight. Are you doing at home Pilates or at a Pilates...

    How do you all prioritize sleep especially for night owls/insomniacs?

    @bandarbo You have to take into account that you actually have to work out when you wake up, not just lounge around in bed. Lol. And even if you got a second wind that day, physically you couldn’t keep it up for days. Your body would start to crash if you went that long with work outs and a few...

    How do you all prioritize sleep especially for night owls/insomniacs?

    @bandarbo I have insomnia and the only thing to really help was to wake up early. So if you go to bed at 2am, expect to have the alarm to go off at 5am. Once you spend an entire day with 3 hours of sleep you will be begging for bedtime. Just set that alarm clock no matter what and get out of bed...
