    @thankful40plus Eating something only a few times a week as a treat makes some sense, but eating 3000+ calories is a hell of a lot of treats, and IMO way past the point of diminishing returns. The first slice of cake tastes really good, but the 2nd not as much, and by the 8th slice it isn’t...
