    @user911 You did it. Thats what is important. Remember your greatest competitor is yourself. I will admit at one point I had a rival, I would always try to match or beat in lifts or WODs. I got injured because of it. Never again.

    @fatherhusband I tuned off the notifications on my watch but one girl doesn’t, so 30 minutes in “EXERCISE RING CLOSED.” I always go up to her and fist bump saying “way to close that ring kid.”

    @elsiejo “Asking for a friend but you said that (blah blah blah).” Coach responds and I’ll turn to one of my buddies and say “Coach says we need to do it this way.”

    @smarch Take your time unless your coach says it’s a sprint then sprint. Your greatest competition is yourself, and that one other guy, but ignore that for now.

    @miralha Stating off (I’m in 2-3 months now), I went 2-3x a week but also had 1-2 softball games that jammed me up. I was actually dying after each class and softball I pulled my hamstring right before the playoffs. I missed a week of CF (children and wife all ill), and changed the time I went...

    Can someone explain RX v scaled scoring?

    @nonamend Yeah someone told me to do RX and just do my right side and be done. I decided not to because I got under the time cap which was my goal for scaled.

    @scholasticus I don’t know me and my friends were sending jobs to another friend all with Johnny Sins and I stumbled on the quote and now use it all the time.

    @kycatt007 Remember this: the greatest competition is yourself not others. Also, “Don’t stop when you’re tired... stop when you’re done.” - Johnny Sins. Seriously go in scale, let the coach know what’s up and work on form. Oh and never EVER don’t go because the workout looks hard...
