What do y’all think of speakeasy gyms?

@rhodin The stupid fucking policies are not implementing mask procedures and keeping shims open.

Sunday Show Off - Where you're a baus if you even say you started the beginner routine!

@groo101 Yeah, I don't really have the energy for that, just a thought that amused me. Of course I don't plan on posting my videos elsewhere for them either.

PSA: Don’t trust a shitty pull up bar. Almost died today because I’m an idiot

@hopetobereborn Man, that was a shit design and I'm suprised it lasted this long. Ask a contractor, or engineer friend. Post your plan to r/ diy, home gym, or here.

One Arm Chin Up Tutorial by Guinness World Record Holder - Strict Full R.O.M Technique - Extreme & Easy!

@michaelphemo I still a day each week "heavy". Higher reps of 1 finger assisted and lock outs where I can, partial negatives where I can't. And a 'light' where I do rope climbs and chin ups (explosive up super +slow negatives). I feel like my strength is getting better but struggle with form...

One Arm Chin Up Tutorial by Guinness World Record Holder - Strict Full R.O.M Technique - Extreme & Easy!

@michaelphemo How do you feel about gtg for OAC, or OAP? I have been trying to do a finger assisted pull-up on each arm every time I use the bathroom at work. Only on week 3 but I feel I have more strength/control at the top and bottom.

Pull ups, L pull ups, V pull ups

@smokingjoepot I was getting a lot of elbow pain, and my shoulder would get wonky when I would work on muscle ups like that. I thought I narrowed the problem down to having my hands to wide out when doing them, and it has mostly gone away since I started keeping my hands closer. Have you...

Sunday Show Off - Where you're a baus if you even say you started the beginner routine!

@michaelphemo Never seen that before, pretty sweet, I need a rope to try it on. How do you find it compared to fkags on a pole?

Pull ups, L pull ups, V pull ups

@godsprincess22 I have the same problem, I think it is a combination of flexibility, and strength. You have to be flexible enough to do them, and if you can just barely do it it takes strength to overcome your lack of flexibility.

what’s everyone’s go-to (lame) joke at the gym?

@samerobert People that dont laugh at that have no soul.

r/bodyweightfitness, it has taken me quite a while to put together this infographic. I hope you find it useful!

@pseudonym88 To be clear, I am not saying I didn't have a good experience. I think it is pretty sweet. I just played with it on my phone at home when on wi-fi and it opened up you tube, don't know why I have the delay off wi-fi, I probably just wasn't patient enough. At work they block...

I'm still Chris Brown and this is my 2-year progress post about bodyweight training and life!

@ukubird Funny. I do a heavy day and a volume day and I think my volume day is easier. I don't mind grinding out more reps at lower weight.

I'm still Chris Brown and this is my 2-year progress post about bodyweight training and life!

@ukubird Why didn't you have a 'heavy' and 'volume' day for pull-ups? Concern over tendinitis? If so, Check out the theraband, worked miracles for me. Given what you pulled and your skiing background you squat does seem very low. Have you worked with any power lifters to see if there is...

r/bodyweightfitness, it has taken me quite a while to put together this infographic. I hope you find it useful!

@aywo I will be honest, I hadn't seen that. But I normally check from work/phone, and I can't open it at work, and on my phone when I click on the actual exercises it goes nowhere. I am not trying to knock it or anything, if anbody is serious they can easily find the info just saying it is...

r/bodyweightfitness, it has taken me quite a while to put together this infographic. I hope you find it useful!

@truth10 This is good because it has lots if nice pictures, all in one place, all in order of progression. The FAQ is has a tin if info, but lacks the nice (and I guess I mean simple or clear to people who aren't familiar with the lingo) breakdown in the post.

r/bodyweightfitness, it has taken me quite a while to put together this infographic. I hope you find it useful!

@aywo I didn't down vote you, but I think people disagree because the FAQ is confusing if you don't know much about working out. There is no getting around it being confusing, or at least more confusing then a basic lifting program. This has nice pictures. And nice pictures mean a lot when...
