    @alidvx I also reccomend using light dumbbells as a starting point to be able to get in some reps and build up strength from there. Also, try varying forms of exercise to find something you like, if you are demotivated. Sports like swimming or rock climbing will give you a lot of upper body...

    Does anyone else have belly fat that looks/looked like this?

    @davidjb Mine is pretty much like that! It does get more or less depending on how strict I am with my diet and I have never gotten rid of it completely, but at least it does sit in a very special way just right to leave the vertical lines of my abs exposed even if there is some fat between them...
