@von20207777 Congrats dude! You're making sweet progress... and it's no surprise, you're putting the work in methodically and consistently smarter than most! Don't you freakin' love BA/SA splits? One of my faves for sure.
@lbutler Do lots of single leg balance work and it will improve. Do you have flat feet? Focus on reaffirming your arches to prevent your foot from rolling to the inside. Set a timer and make a goal of staying in something like tree-pose for 30sec per foot. I also recommend warrior 3 with hands...
@dissenter1662 Lower with a neutral position with the palms facing each other (thumbs facing forward). When you get to the top, turn the rings out (RTO Support) for every rep. Start doing full RTO dips later on down the line.
@fanner570
You probably do. It's possible that's why you hit your plateau when doing SS as well. Muscle can't come from thin air. You gotta feed those babies.
@etant
Horse stance but with a stick on top of your thighs (you can use a broom stick) that forces you to maintain a certain level of depth otherwise the stick rolls down. 😈
I held a motivational month for the horse previously on r/flexibility here if anyone wants more info:
@groo101 So... Nothing crazy impressive here... Just my usual "line work" involving a chest to wall handstand or two before moving onto other HS drills. There was a flurry of people walking in front of the camera during the recording that I thought looked cool:
@dawn16
Cool. Btw, nobody can see the wiki except for mods.
Neat, I guess that's the dead-bug layouts? I sorta missed that.
Hmm, looking at it over one more time. I would assume you just pick one thing, but again, that's the messiest flow chart.
Neat.
